Stephanie has had over 25 years in the dance industry specialising in Contemporary. She has taught in school setting for over 10 years specialising in middle school and has implemented new dance curriculum, and built dance Academies across the sector. Stephanie is a seasoned dance choreographer and she has had experience in a variety of settings - having choreographed, produced and directed performances for professional, community and school projects. Her repertoire includes Little Shop of Horrors, The Wedding Singer, Calamity Jane, All shook up, Footloose, Disco Inferno and many more. Stephanie has developed dance programs for young people with disabilities and has a passion for developing programs to inspire her dance students to reach their full potential.

Keir has over 20 years experience in the dance industry. He was the proud recipient of the 2005 Victorian Outstanding Primary Teacher of the Year. Keir has taught dance and performing arts in many different settings including primary schools and dance schools He is a keen playwright and choreographed performances for State Wakakirri Competitions and musical theatre companies around Victoria. In 2017, Keir has written and is establishing a new classical program into MDC called  the  'Jasper Syllabus'.

Jacqui began dance and singing lessons at the age of six at Johnny Young Talent School. Her passion continued out onto the stage where she performed lead roles in musicals such as ‘Grease’, ‘Fame’, ‘Bye Bye Birdie’, ‘Disco Inferno’ and ‘Wannabe’. Jacqui is currently studying to complete her Bachelor of Education in Primary while gaining experience as an Integration Aide in an education setting. Jacqui has loved passing on her experience in theatre to primary school students where she has choreographed and directed various primary school musicals as well as dance programs. Jacqui loves being a part of the Move Dance Co team and is thrilled to share her passion and knowledge with students who hold the same passion for dance and drama as she does.

Ashley Lean

Classical Ballet Teacher

Ashley Lean began her training in her hometown Ballarat with Anita Coutts School of dance before commencing her full-time training at The National Theatre Ballet School under Beverly Jane Fry. After Graduating with an Advanced Diploma in Classical Arts in 2007 from N.T.B.S she began her professional career dancing with Melbourne Ballet Company in 2008 during their Balanced Perspectives season. In 2013 Ashley joined Victorian State Ballet performing soloist roles in both Madame Butterfly and Alice in Wonderland. During 2013 she also had the opportunity to perform as a guest artist with Melbourne City Ballet Company in both Quantum and Parallel connections season. At the Beginning of 2014 Ashley moved to Japan to perform in a stage show "One Mans Dream 2" at Tokyo Disneyland, performing many dance roles including iconic Disney characters such as Cinderella and the Evil Queen. Over the following years, she performed in a variety of Contemporary works and Classical Ballets including, Giselle, Swan Lake, Nutcracker, Don Quixote, Le Corsaire, Cinderella, Snow White and many more. In 2018 Ashley was appointed the position of Creative Associate with the National Dance Theatre of Australia to help shape it into one of the leading dance companies in Australia. Ashley is very excited about the coming year with MDC and help spread her passion, experiences and years of knowledge with the next generation of dancers.

Sarah Wise

Kinder Dance Teacher

Sarah is currently in university where she is studying  Occupational Therapy and hopes to work with children after her degree. Sarah has been dancing since the age of 3. Sarah has experience  in many styles of dance including Jazz, Hip Hop and Ballet.Sarah has competed in many troupe, duos and solos over the years and has also completed her Level 3 Jasper Syllabus ballet exam. She absolutely loves to perform which is obvious when she is on stage! She loves to teach children and watch them improve on their skills. Sarah teaches the youngest dancers at Move Dance Co and hopes to pass on her love for dance to her students.

Shana-Sandra Collins

Shana-Sandra has been dancing for 25 years. She was trained in the Cecchetti method of classical ballet. Over the years, Shana-Sandra built a love of musical theatre. She was nominated Best Junior Performer for her portayal of 'Madame Thenardier' in 'Les Miserables' at the Victorian Theatre Guild Awards and also for Choreographer of the Year for her work on 'Guys and Dolls'. In 2007, she was a featured dancer on itv1's 'The Kylie Show' in London. In 2008, she was short-listed for a role in the children's program 'Hi-5'. Shana-Sandra choreographed and featured in the new musical 'Sugartown' for StageArt Xposed in 2013 at Chapel off Chapel. 

Angela Conversano

Angela has been dancing for over 25 years. She was trained in the Cecchetti method of ballet from the age of 3 and completed her Teaching Associate Diploma in 2007. She has taught Cecchetti Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop and Kinderdance for many years. Angela has been a Performing Arts teacher in both Primary and Secondary School settings and has created and directed School Productions during this time. From all these experiences, Angela has developed a passion for dance and the performing arts.

Zoe Arsana

Jazz, Hip Hop and Troupe Teacher

Zoe began her dancing journey at a very young age training in dance genres such as Ballet, Jazz and Tap. Since then her passion for dance has grown, along with her versatility. Zoe now specialises dance genres such as Hip Hop, Commercial and Bollywood styles of dance. Zoe’s Bachelor of Education paired with her vast training and experience in the dance industry has lead Zoe to share her expertise is various Dance, Primary and Secondary schools across Victoria. Choreographing and directing several different stage productions, workshops and showcases. Zoe is a member of Melbourne’s Premiere Bollywood dance troupe Sapphire Dance Company and Assistant Choreographer for Provokativ Dance Company. These, along with other leading entertainment companies in Melbourne, have all provided her with extensive commercial, charity and corporate performance experience across Australia. Zoe’s stage credits include Beats on Pointe, Raise the Barre, The L’Oreal Colour Trophy Awards, MATRIX Hair Awards, AFL Multicultural Event’s, Cricket Australia, The Victorian Multicultural Commission: Premier’s Gala and is currently a cast in Matador.

Josh Perez

Hip Hop and Salsa Teacher

 Josh is a graduate from Jason Colemans Ministry of Dance , specialising in Hip Hop and Latin. Josh has a long line of experience dancing in many professional settings including Moomba, AFL Breakfasts, The Melbourne Comedy Gala and The Victorian Dance Awards. He also featured as principal dancer for 'Consentino's' live TV special at the Regent Theatre in 2012. 

Aaron Vidot

Breakdance and Boys Only Teacher

Aaron Vidot is a professional breakdancer with over 11 years experience. Aaron is a member of Wickid Force Breakers and Mass Mayhem which are Australia’s most explosive and dynamic group of breakers winning many competitions across Australia. A highly sought after entertainer, Aaron has had extensive experience performing for events around Australia. Aaron has been featured numerous times on TV, including advertisements for Fox FM and the Beatwave 2.0 Apple App, and on shows such as The Today Show, The Morning Show and Sunrise. Aaron has also performed at various sporting events in Melbourne such as the Australian Open, Cricket Australia, NBL Half Time Show, AFL Awards Night and the Special Olympics National Games Opening Ceremony. Aaron also teaches, mentors and has held international workshops to share his knowledge and love for the dance with people of all ages.
