Whilst we are ready and eager to boogie on the dance floor with you all, your health and the health of our staff is our number one priority.


We will be following strict sanitisation procedures between every party and will continue to abide by VIC GOV Health.


If you are planning to party or have a party booked in over the next few months, you will be required  to follow our guidelines below:


  • The restrictions from 11.59pm on 21st June - and in line with the most up-to-date advice from the Chief Health Officer require our venue to be at capacity at 20 patrons. This does not include MDC staff. You may be asked to wait outside or in cars if we find our numbers to be above this amount.

  • Please do not enter this venue if you have travelled overseas within the last 14 days OR if you or a family member have cold or flu like symptoms. You will be asked to leave if our staff find any people to be visibly ill.

  • ALL patrons must have their temperature taken by our staff and use our hand sanitising station upon arrival to the venue. 

  • Everyone entering the venue is required to disclose their personal details for COVID-19 contact tracing purposes and record keeping.

  • If you are staying in the venue for an extended period of time please try to practice social distancing and remain at the safe distance from other people at all times.


What will be different at the venue for your party:


  • At Move Dance Co, we always keep our studios clean, but we have increased the frequency of cleans.

  • All plates and cups will now be disposable

  • We will not be offering glitter face paint, temporary tattoos or coloured hairspray

  • We will not be running any pamper, craft or donut decorating parties

  • All chips and lollies will be individualised and not placed in bowls for sharing

  • We will not use props or other equipment during the party or dance performances
