Thanks for your party booking with us!! We can’t wait to see you on the dance floor!


PARTIES by Move Dance Co requires a non refundable deposit of $100.00 to confirm your booking. This deposit is due 24 hours after making your booking or your date will no longer be available to you. Please note a booking fee of $2.75 will be applied if paying by card. By paying this deposit, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


Everything will be taken care of at our venue including:  food, music, prizes, games, table setting, cake table backdrop and FUN!


Once you have booked your party:


A PARTIES by Move Dance Co staff member will contact you on the Wednesday before your event to confirm the number of guests attending and any extras you may require eg. Parent food platters, lolly bags and character hosts. For catering purposes, please note that on the day of your event, you will be required to pay for the amount of guests confirmed for your party. At the end of the party, you will receive an itemised invoice showing you the breakdown of the party costs. If you have more guests attend on the day, the invoice will be adjusted according to confirmation of final numbers participating in the party. The confirmation of these numbers and details are final and cannot be adjusted once we have made contact.


PARTIES by Move Dance Co does NOT allow any food to be brought into the venue other than the birthday cake and lolly bags. Please note that if any food is brought into the venue, you will be asked to remove it due to a strict OHS and food allergy policy. Tea and coffee is complimentary and is included in the cost of the party for parents to enjoy. Any other parent food platters must be purchased through Move Dance Co. You can find this menu on the website. All allergies must be identified and made aware to Move Dance Co staff at the time of confirming your party.


There is a variety of soft drinks and water available for purchase at the venue for $2.00 each. If party families would prefer to bring their own drinks, then there will be a $30.00 corkage fee applied to the total bill. Alcohol is NOT permitted in the venue as we are not a licensed venue.


The doors will only open 10 minutes before the party is to begin. Children are not supervised by Move Dance Co staff prior to the commencement of the party. Children are not under Move Dance Co supervision if unattended in the foyer at any time.


The party family host is responsible for the conduct and behaviour of all persons attending their party. This includes both inside and outside of the venue. The party family host agrees to reimburse Move Dance Co for the full cost of repairing any damage caused to the Move Dance Co venue, its facilities and any other property owned by the company. The party host agrees to notify Move Dance Co of all injuries or damage arising out of the use of the party venue within 7 days of becoming aware of the injury or damage. Move Dance Co does not insure any goods or equipment that is brought into the venue or left in the venue. Move Dance Co will not compensate for any losses of any goods or equipment.




Whilst we are ready and eager to boogie on the dance floor with you all, your health and the health of our staff is our number one priority.


We will be following strict sanitisation procedures between every party and will continue to abide by VIC GOV Health.


As of 11.59pm on Wednesday 27th July

  • Our venue is open for parties with a capacity of 50 people

  • Masks must be worn indoors at all times (unless eating or drinking)

  • Check in with the QR code is mandatory as you enter the venue


If you are planning to party or have a party booked in over the next few months, you will be required  to follow our guidelines below:


  • Please do not enter this venue if you have travelled overseas within the last 14 days OR if you or a family member have cold or flu like symptoms. You will be asked to leave if our staff find any people to be visibly ill.

  • Please use our hand sanitising station upon arrival to the venue. 

  • Everyone entering the venue is required to check in with the QR CODE and provide details for contact tracing purposes.

  • If you are staying in the venue for an extended period of time please try to practice social distancing and remain at the safe distance from other people at all times.

  • Masks are to be worn indoors at all times (unless eating or drinking)

What will be different at the venue for your party:


  • At Move Dance Co, we always keep our studios clean, but we have increased the frequency of cleans.

  • All plates and cups will now be disposable

  • All chips and lollies will be individualised and not placed in bowls for sharing

  • We will not use props or other equipment during the party or dance performances

  • We don’t offer glitter or face painting at our venue.
